OUR MISSION
At Tyler Medical Services,
we continually strive to be…”A Partner with
Solutions to Your Occupational Health Care Needs”.
ABOUT US
Tyler Medical Services was
founded in 1992 as a free standing occupational health facility
in St. Charles, Illinois . Clinic business was built on
a philosophy of providing local employers top quality medical
services for their employees along with providing superior
customer service to the client.
Vision Statement
“Our plan is to blend a strong client retention program
with an aggressive strategy for new business development.
At all times, both of these initiatives clearly illustrate
our desire to not only meet, but exceed our client’s
expectations. In the process, we demonstrate a commitment
to excellence, thus moving closer to our one true goal…making
Tyler the number one occupational health care organization”,
Dr. George Pappas, President & Medical Director.
An integrated occupational health delivery program should
focus on becoming a provider of overall cost containment
partnering with employers, rather than a healthcare vendor
offering a list of common services. Feature benefits of
Tyler Medical Services will include superior customer service
and our desire to exceed our client’s identified needs
and overall expectations. Employers are looking for:
• Innovative ways
to reduce their occupational health care costs
• Programs to reduce lost work days
• Ways to improve employee morale thru safer working
conditions
• Maintain/improve employee overall health status
Employers are looking towards
an occupational health facility to:
• Provide timely
communications
• Be accessible when needed
• Provide responsive and creative solutions to problems
• Be medically competent
• Provide services at a reasonable price
During the past 15 years
Tyler has become the leader in occupational health services
in the St. Charles location and dominates market share amongst
competitors. Sales and revenues have steadily grown. In
1999 Tyler expanded its service location to include a facility
in Aurora , Illinois . Aurora was designated because of
its growth potential and convenient location along Kirk
road.
Aurora began as a combination occupational health facility
along with an adjacent family practice. As the last few
years developed it became obvious that Tyler Medical Services
core business of occupational Medicine was the area to focus
on, and now both locations specialize in occupational medicine.
Aurora has experienced tremendous growth and after six years
in the market has penetrated the competition.
